MidSoul™
Helping women find their footing again.Through movement, reflection, and seasonal practice.

The PracticeShe keeps moving because stopping feels worse. She performs fine. She notices everything in everyone around her, but has spent years not looking at herself. Her body has been asking a question she hasn’t had language for yet.She is not looking to be fixed.
She is looking to find her footing. If that is you, you are in the right place.

What I’ve LearnedOver years of working with clients, I began noticing the same things appearing in different bodies across different decades of the same life. The breath that never fully exhales. The shoulders that live in the ears. The spine that either grips or gives way. These are not problems. They are the body’s intelligent response to everything a life has asked of it.I notice how you move, from the feet upward. And once I understand what the body is doing, I use Pilates not to fix it, but to help you find your footing again.
Every MidSoul session follows a simple structure:Notice
We begin by noticing how the body moves naturally. No corrections. No adjustments. Just clear noticing, from the feet upward through the knees, pelvis, spine, and breath.Understand
What the body is doing becomes visible. Not as a problem to fix, but as information to receive.Begin
Pilates invites the body to redistribute effort, rebuilding coordination from the inside out.Move · Breathe · Begin
